Constructor Engineer and Economist with more than 39 years experience, of whom over 20 years have been in senior position, covering the following areas:civil, industrial, agrozootechnical, urban, hydrotechnical, motorways, uneven passages, bridge and road supervision; construction of roads – bridges, tunnels, airports and aviation runways, rehabilitation and maintenance of national roads. Since 1996, I have worked on the supervision of the most important motorway and bridge contracts with international financing, based on FIDIC contract conditions.
