Temple O. Waamah, Esq., called to the Bar in 1985, is a seasoned Nigerian lawyer with extensive experience in trial and appellate advocacy. He represents both individual and institutional clients in a wide range of legal matters, including election petitions, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. Temple is also Chairman of the Governing Board of the Baptist College of Theology, Obinze, Imo State. Although originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Tom Cowart has placed his roots in Texas ever since he earned his economics undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. Tom then went on to obtain his law degree and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas, where he graduated cum laude in 1993. Today, he is progressing through the MBA program at the University of Texas at Dallas. Tom spent a considerable amount of time serving in the United States Army, both on active duty as a 107 mm mortar crewman with the 2 nd Armored Division at Fort Hood, Texas, and as a communications equipment repairman in the Army Reserves with the 420 th Engineer Brigade in Bryan, Texas.

Víctor Perramon is a partner at Figueras Legal SLP in Barcelona. He specialises in banking and corporate law, franchise law, competition law, compliance, and data protection, advising domestic and international clients on corporate, transactional, and restructuring matters. Víctor holds a Law degree from Universitat de Barcelona and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.

With a long track record of professional excellence in patenting and in-depth knowledge of the European Patent Convention (EPC), Yannis looks back at 30 years of work experience at the European Patent Office (EPO). As a Director Patent Granting Process for 17 years, he has trained generations of patent examiners and professionals and has managed examination and opposition in the software and artificial intelligence (AI) field. Most importantly, Yannis has co-drafted the EPO guidelines for the examination of software and AI inventions. Yannis aligns with his clients’ business objectives and supports them, achieving results that, at first glance, seem unattainable. Yeoh Tung Seng is a partner at Yeoh & Joanne in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, specialising in dispute resolution, litigation, and intellectual property matters. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn).
