With a wealth of experience and practice, the Firm aims to be a leader in the Legal Profession with an aim on commitment, transparency, ardour and fair charges.

We also believe that working well with our Business Partners enables our Law Firm to reach greater heights of success, being able to leverage on the capabilities of our Partners, and thereby allowing our business Partners to leverage our strength and resources. Coupled with our drive and dedication toward excellence in client services, our Business Partners and Clients will be given proactive, cutting edge, ‘complete’ and ‘one-stop’ solutions focused in achieving the goals and objectives envisaged.

As a Service Provider, it is paramount for us to understand the needs and requirements of our clients and to appreciate the procedures and policies of our Client so as to assist with our superior legal skills and resources at our disposal.

Our team consists of 21 qualified staff with 2 Partners, Eight (8) Attorneys, One (1) in house Consultant and 2 paralegals and support staff that shall be available at our Clients consideration along with technology and services to make our Clients experience more rewarding.

Piyush Sharma Attorneys was founded by Piyush Sharma after having been running a successful legal Practice known as Sebego Sharma & Co as the Senior Partner.

Between 2004 and 2014, Sebego Sharma & Co. represented a large spectrum of Corporate Clients and made a mark in the Legal Profession in Botswana. The previous Firm was involved in Legal representation of various organisations in the Financial Sector and have represented the largest Corporate Blue Chip Companies in Botswana – both private and parastatals.

The Firm between 2004 – 2014 grew to be one of the Largest Law Firms in Botswana and took pride in representing clients of all genres in Litigation, Real Estate, Criminal, Commercial and Civil matters.

Piyush Sharma Attorneys & Co. traces its beginning to the ethos and drive that its Senior Partner maintains and instils in his support staff and Associates.

Over the years after the establishment of the Practice, the Firm now boast a deeper and stronger bond with those clients, but has now added many Public Listed Companies, Parastatals, Financial Institutions and statutory Bodies to their portfolio. To name a few:
