Fahmi holds a bachelor degree from the Faculty of Law of University of Brawijaya and completed his master of laws at University of Melbourne. He is well-conversant with energy projects, particularly in oil and gas industry. During his service as an in-house counsel of several E&P company, he has involved in negotiation of various commercial agreements such as gas sales agreements, gas transportation agreements, joint operation agreements, and facilities sharing agreements. He was also a lawyer at a prominent law firm. During his tenure there, he has advised project owner, services provider, financier and regulator for a number of transactions which provides him a multi perspective in handling energy projects.

  • Advising PT Krakatau Steel (Persero), Tbk group in negotiating an FPV power purchase agreement;
  • Advising PT Wimaya Energy in its participation in an oil and gas bid round in Indonesia;
  • Advising Kvell Energy Pte. Ltd. in its participation in an oil and gas bid round in Indonesia;
  • Advising Eni East Sepinggan Ltd. in relation to a procurement for floatel vessel services;
  • Advising Eni Muara Bakau B.V. in relation to a procurement for upgrading works for Jangkrik FPU;
  • Advising Energo-Pro a.s. in relation to its proposed acquisition of a stake in hydropower projects in Indonesia;
  • Advising Renfin International a.s. in relation to its proposed acquisition of a stake in hydropower projects in Indonesia; and
  • Advising PT Petrokimia Gresik in negotiating a 311 BSCF gas sales agreement with a PSC contractor. *
