Maxim Hodak is a Dutch attorney with extensive international corporate legal experience with a special focus on helping clients of Eurasian markets in the Netherlands in the areas of corporate law, corporate law, international commercial law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, setting up and managing complex international projects and tax / financial structures. Maxim Hodak speaks Dutch, German, French, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
Maxim Hodak is targeting clients from Eurasia in response to a growing demand from such clients for in-depth legal advice and support in the context of setting up operations and structuring assets and activities in the Dutch jurisdiction and through the Dutch jurisdiction to the abroad.
Maxim Hodak started his legal career at Clifford Chance Brussels in 2002. He then worked as a corporate lawyer at ING Bank in the Netherlands. In 2005 he was asked to work for an international TV channel as general counsel and director of the holding company to support international growth from the Netherlands. Since 2009, Maxim has focused entirely on providing legal services to Eurasian clients in the Netherlands, in particular corporate and contract law, international taxation, asset structuring and project financing.
Maxim Hodak holds a master’s degree in Dutch law (University of Amsterdam) and a postgraduate degree in Investment Finance (EHSAL Management School, Brussels). Maxim Hodak is further engaged in permanent legal and tax training.
