She participated in acquisitions, privatizations and restructuring transactions involving state-owned companies, special status enterprises and concession companies and has good knowledge of processes of sales through tender offer, both public and private, and of cooperation agreements (cooperation and joint venture contracts, shareholders’ agreements, and data-room processes).She is used to advising clients for their cross-border operations, from advising them at the very inception of their project up until its implementation, and on the day-to-day operation of the investment or litigation/arbitration.Christine is an arbitrator at the Qingdao Arbitration Commission and Weihai Arbitration Commission and an elected member at the Board of the French Chamber of Commerce in China.

- Advising a solution provider of automotive technical data base on cooperation in China
- Advising a provider of electronic catalogue and VIN decoder solutions provider on cooperation with Chinese partners
- Divestment by a French insurance company and a Chinese state-owned corporation from their JV by selling of equity to Chinese private companies
- Divestment by a petroleum company from a JV with its Chinese partners
- Setting-up of cooperation in retirement homes activity
- Reorganizations of legal structures, shareholdings and activities in PRC, HK and Australia for a plastic manufacturing company, and setting-up of new partnerships and alliances
- Advising a UK professional association and a foreign government agency on the Foreign non-governmental organizations (NGO) PRC law
- Setting-up of cooperation in high-tech sector, notably in artificial intelligence, tech clothes, MedTech, e-commerce platform, storage of data
- Advising various European companies for their investment in PRC: regulatory analysis, setting-up of WFOEs or JVs, M&A transactions in China, legal related matters (IP, labor, etc.)

- Advising several European and South American companies in their disputes resolution (litigation or arbitration) against Chinese companies in commercial contracts (scams, fraud, non-provision of products, etc.) or shareholders' disputes

- Registration of intellectual property rights in China (trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.) with trademark office and customs
- Procedures of challenge of existing trademarks being an obstacle to foreign trademarks (cancellation procedure for non-use, etc)
