Özgün Önal is a Partner and Head of the Litigation Division and Mediation Law at MGC Legal in Istanbul, Turkey. As a key member of the Litigation Team, he provides expert litigation and corporate retainer services to both domestic and international clients. His practice primarily focuses on representing and assisting creditors in matters of Execution and Bankruptcy Law as well as Commercial Disputes.

With nearly 15 years of experience in legal counsel roles across several law firms, Özgün brings extensive expertise in managing complex legal matters and delivering strategic solutions. He is also a certified mediator, providing professional mediation services to facilitate dispute resolution efficiently and effectively.
