Damion Way joined Tiger Law Limited in 2020 as a Consultant Solicitor in the Corporate/Commercial team. He trained with a Magic Circle firm and qualified in 1997 in their Hong Kong office, initially practising as a securities lawyer before transferring to Tokyo. During his time in Japan, he established and exited several companies, giving him a unique commercial perspective alongside a lawyer’s attention to detail.

Damion works closely with small to medium-sized companies, start-ups, and entrepreneurs, providing guidance on corporate transactions and helping clients avoid rookie mistakes. He was drawn to Tiger Law because of its commitment to flexible working, embracing technology, and delivering cost-effective, approachable, and efficient legal services.
