Detailed Bio +

As Managing Director and Solicitor at Davenport Solicitors Limited, I lead a team dedicated to delivering practical and expert advice in Employment and Immigration law. My practice covers a wide range of issues, including drafting and implementing employment contracts and workplace policies, advising on Sponsorship Licences, Tier 1 and Tier 2 visa applications, and representation before the Employment Tribunal.

I founded Davenport Solicitors with a clear vision — to remove the HR and employment law challenges faced by businesses so they can focus on achieving growth. My goal has always been to provide clients with first-class legal services, tailored to their specific needs, and supported by a team of solicitors who understand both the legal and commercial realities of running a business.

Under my leadership, Davenport Solicitors has become known for its specialist expertise in HR, Employment, and Immigration law. I oversee the firm’s operations, growth strategy, client services, and policy implementation. I also represent the firm at industry events and ensure that we continue to deliver an exceptional client experience.

My work and entrepreneurial spirit have been recognised with multiple awards, including “Rising Star in Law” at the London Asian Business Awards and “Entrepreneur of the Year” at the British Indian Awards.

Beyond legal practice, I am committed to sharing knowledge and empowering others. I frequently present seminars on key issues affecting employers and HR professionals and serve as an Employment Law Lecturer at South Bank University. I am an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association, European Employment Lawyers Association, and a Committee Member of the Asian Business Association. Additionally, I serve as the Chair of the School Stakeholder Committee at Krishna Avanti Primary School.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, travelling, and exploring new cuisines.
