Chief Atabong W. Martin Forndong is a highly experienced Advocate, Solicitor, and Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Cameroon, as well as a Partner at Fondong & Partners. He serves as the Traditional Ruler of Njenacha Village in Fontem, South West Region, and held the position of Mayor of Menji-Fontem Council from 2013 to 2020, reflecting his strong leadership and community engagement.

Chief Fondong’s legal expertise spans criminal law, business law, capital markets, real estate, labor and employment, and aviation and aerospace. He is actively involved in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation, representing a diverse clientele that includes individual clients, multinational corporations, banks, financial institutions, NGOs, and other organizations.

He began his legal career as a Pupil Lawyer at Taku Chambers in Buea in 2000, became an Associate in 2003, and later joined Fondong & Partners as a Partner in 2020. Chief Fondong is a member of the Cameroon Bar Association since 2003 and continues to provide strategic and results-oriented legal counsel across multiple sectors, emphasizing professionalism, integrity, and client-focused service.
