Annalise has represented a number of property developers who have acquired land and developed the same for onward sale to interested purchasers. Some of these projects Annalise has handled have involved the setting up of homeowners’ associations and Rules and Regulations to govern those living on the plots, which Rules and Regulations are enforced by registering a Deed of Adherence over the owners’ Certificates of Title. Other transactions have involved the sale of bare plots of land to purchasers with basic amenities. She has also represented a number of commercial developers who have developed offices for onward rental businesses.
