World Law Alliance ("WLA", "we", "us", "our") is an institutional co-practice framework headquartered in New Delhi, India, operating through the domain worldoneglobal.com. WLA is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our institutional operations.

We collect personal data you provide to us directly — through contact forms, expression of interest forms, brief submission forms, and correspondence. This includes your name, email address, organisation name, jurisdiction, and any information you include in a matter brief or enquiry. We do not collect any data through advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics beyond standard web server logs.

We use the data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, match you with the right WLA specialist, process your designation application, or manage your existing WLA partner relationship. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except WLA partner firms directly involved in your matter, and only to the extent necessary to respond to your enquiry.

We retain your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as we have a legitimate institutional interest in retaining it. Matter briefs and EOI submissions are retained for a maximum of three years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@worldlawalliance.com.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at privacy@worldlawalliance.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
