WLA designates one firm Per Practice. Your jurisdiction must be available — or have a gap in the relevant practice group.
Size does not determine eligibility. WLA partners range from 8-lawyer boutiques to 300-lawyer practices. What matters is capability, ambition, and commitment — not headcount.
