He advises clients across all aspects of business immigration, including routes for investors, entrepreneurs, start-ups, innovators, sole representatives of overseas businesses, exceptionally talented persons, skilled workers, and their family members.

His clients include high-net-worth individuals (including PEPs), businesspersons, sportspeople, artists and entertainers, and employers ranging from start-ups to major international corporations. Paul also assists family members of points-based migrants and settled persons with relocation, visa extensions, and settlement in the UK.

Paul is highly experienced in challenging Home Office decisions, regularly preparing administrative review applications and representing clients before the Immigration Tribunal, High Court, and Court of Appeal in both immigration appeal and judicial review matters.
