Jan Mašek Kadlec is a partner at Constelius s.r.o. Advokatni Kancelar, where he manages the firm’s Prague team. He is an attorney-at-law and a licensed insolvency administrator with special authorization, specializing in insolvency and restructuring, corporate law, and contracts.

Jan graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and also completed studies at the Police Academy of the Czech Republic. He began his legal career in 2009 as a legal assistant at a leading Czech law firm and later co-founded a prominent Czech insolvency administrator’s office. He joined Constelius in 2019 and has since been instrumental in handling complex insolvency and restructuring matters with both domestic and international dimensions.

In his practice, Jan has successfully advised and represented clients in numerous high-profile insolvency and restructuring cases, offering practical solutions that balance legal rigor with commercial realities.
