Giorgina Galante is a Coordinating Partner at the firm, specializing in corporate advisory, intellectual property, and commercial contracting. She holds a law degree from the University of Montevideo and an International Master in Fashion Law from the Fashion Law Institute of Spain. Giorgina advises companies in arbitration, commercial negotiations, and Fashion Law matters, and serves as Director of Operations in Uruguay for ELAPI. She is an experienced lecturer and World Bank collaborator on the “Doing Business” program.

She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Montevideo (2018), and pursued an International Master in Fashion Law at the Fashion Law Institute of Spain, Madrid (2020–2022). She also completed the Legal Program in Fashion Law at Torcuato Di Tella University, Buenos Aires (2020).
Giorgina has significant experience in arbitration and commercial negotiations, assisting companies and groups in matters related to Fashion Law. Since 2021, she serves as the Director of Operations in Uruguay for the Latin American School of Intellectual Property (ELAPI). She also contributed academically as a Teaching Assistant in the Chair of Commercial Law at the University of Montevideo (2019–2021).
In addition, she has pursued specialized professional training, including courses in Mergers and Acquisitions, Introduction to Fashion Law, SAS-Simplified Stock Companies, and Money Laundering and Compliance. She has been an active lecturer and panelist at various intellectual property and commercial law events, including the International Congress on Intellectual Property (Austral University – ELAPI, 2021), II International Congress on Intellectual Property (Austral University & ELAPI, 2022), and the II Latin American Meeting on Intellectual Property (PIN, Bolivia, 2022). She is also a collaborator with the World Bank’s “Doing Business” program in Uruguay and maintains strong ties with her alma mater as an active alumni member.
