Dan is an experienced litigation lawyer with over 14 years’ post-admission experience, specialising in commercial litigation and insolvency law, and is partner to Stewart Levitt at Levitt Robinson Solicitors. A post-graduate of the Australian National University, Dan has successfully litigated a wide range of cases, from complex multi-million-dollar disputes to smaller yet equally critical matters across Courts and tribunals throughout Australia. He is known for his unwavering commitment to clients, solid case preparation, and tenacious approach to achieving successful outcomes – both inside and outside of the Court room. Dan has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes cases, earning a reputation for his ability to efficiently and effectively deliver results. Despite his professional intensity, Dan is known as a down-to-earth advocate who maintains strong client relationships.
