Cedric Mifsud is a prominent legal professional and co-founder of Mifsud & Mifsud Advocates, one of Malta’s leading business law firms. He graduated in law from the University of Malta in 2003 and was subsequently admitted to the bar in Malta. Cedric later specialized in European Law, with a particular focus on Competition Law, and began his career as a litigation lawyer at a leading Maltese firm.

In 2007, together with his brother Malcolm, Cedric co-founded Mifsud & Mifsud Advocates, where he established the Corporate and Commercial Department, including a Maritime Practice that handles a significant portfolio of superyachts and commercial vessels. Cedric is also a director and shareholder of Aegis Corporate Services Limited, a corporate and fiduciary service provider licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Beyond his corporate practice, Cedric served for several years as a board member and legal adviser to the Bioethics Consultative Committee, a government entity providing guidance on biomedical issues. His expertise spans EU and Competition Law, Maritime and Shipping, Aviation and Transportation, Banking and Finance, Commercial and Corporate Law, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Public Procurement, and Tax.
