Belinda Wong is a highly experienced company secretary and corporate governance expert, currently serving as the Thought Leader (Hong Kong) of the Private Wealth & Family Office Association and an Advisory Board Member of Unify21.com.
Belinda began her career at major audit firms before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) China and Hong Kong, where she spent 13 years as Senior Manager, overseeing all aspects of company secretarial services, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and business transfers. Her portfolio includes listed companies, public, private, and non-profit organizations incorporated in Hong Kong and various offshore jurisdictions.
In addition, she has worked at multiple local and international law firms, gaining extensive experience in secretarial services for Hong Kong-listed companies. Belinda has also been responsible for staff and client training and has served as a part-time lecturer on company secretarial practice and management subjects at various educational institutions for over 10 years.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde, UK and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Belinda is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, and a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
