Mr. Youssef Deeb founded the Youssef Deeb Law Firm and later D&C Legal Services, today one of the most recognized international law firms in the Middle East and GCC. Over a career spanning more than five decades, he has counseled and represented regulated entities, public companies, boards, and individuals on corporate governance, compliance, and the drafting of laws and regulations. He has advised on landmark transactions including M&A, construction arbitrations exceeding US$100 million, and bank finance matters exceeding US$4.9 billion, and represented in the litigation of the assassination of the Lebanese Prime Minister before Lebanon\'s highest court. A Jurislex Best Award winner, he holds a Bachelor\'s and Master\'s in Law (1962) from the Lebanese University, has been elected to the Lebanese Law Bar, and represented Lebanon in the Arab Lawyers Association.
