Ms. Cynthia Zeenni holds a Master\'s in Law from USEK and a Master II in Business Law from the University of Poitiers (France) in collaboration with USEK. Since joining D&C in October 2022, she has assisted partners and senior associates in preparing, drafting, and reviewing a wide range of contracts and agreements for clients across the MENA region — NDAs, services, freelancing, commercial, discount, collaboration, consultancy, and agency agreements. She conducts legal research on matters such as artificial intelligence in legal practice, company incorporation, and solar-energy ventures, and provides legal opinions across corporate, commercial, IP, and labor law. She also prepares powers of attorney, board resolutions, pledges, and legal translations of governmental decisions. Languages: Arabic, English, French.
