Ms. Aurore Deeb represents clients before arbitration tribunals and courts, and drafts and negotiates complex commercial and corporate agreements across the transaction lifecycle — from strategic planning to structuring, governance, pricing, and compliance. She has extensive cross-border IP transactional and advisory experience, including patent sales, licensing and revenue share, portfolio management, brand protection, trademark prosecution and registration, name clearance, and IP diligence in corporate transactions. She has defended international companies in civil and criminal investigations and before regulatory bodies, and counsels on antitrust and M&A due diligence. Her sector experience spans franchise, hospitality, automotive, foreign exchange, retail, mega-construction, energy, e-commerce, banking, and pharmacy.
