Mr. Faisal Amaan is a registered advocate under the Bar Council of India and a member of the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, holding an LLM specializing in human-rights law, a diploma in Labour Law, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Rajasthan. Since joining D&C\'s Dubai office in March 2022, he assists senior associates with corporate governance, legal opinions, legal research, and the drafting and review of a wide range of agreements and legal documents, and authors articles on intellectual property for the firm\'s website. Prior to D&C he interned with UAE-based firms (Al Adl Legal Consultants, Dubai; MIO Law Firm, Sharjah) and with an Indian session-court advocate in Jaipur.
