Ms. Hana Bishara holds two Master\'s degrees from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a dual degree in French and Egyptian law from the IDAI (a collaboration between Cairo University and Paris 1). Since joining D&C in August 2020, she has advised corporate clients across the MENA region on governance and structure, risk management, expansion and exit strategies, corporate finance, and M&A, and assists with incorporation documentation, shareholders\' agreements, and a wide range of commercial agreements. She drafts legal opinions on corporate matters, IP infringement, e-commerce, and electronic signatures, and supports conflict-resolution teams for high-profile international clients. Her growing areas include capital markets, construction, banking, IP, and aviation. She is known for her drafting, legal analysis, and multitasking. Languages: Arabic, French, English (trilingual).
