His career includes multiple representations in commercial arbitration and cross-border transactions exceeding US$3.9 billion, with particular strength in joint ventures, corporate finance, and IP. He is skilled in drafting expert legal opinions and in the enforcement of foreign and domestic awards, and advises clients on compliance, policies, and programs across industries. A winner of both the Jurislex Best Award and the Corporate INTL Award, recognized by the Jurislex Global Network as a Key Individual and best-practice lawyer for hospitality and commercial work, he holds a Master 2 in Law from the University of Limoges (France) and a Master 1 in Law from the Lebanese University.
