Ms. Karen Abi Younes holds a double degree in Lebanese and French law and a Master 1 in Private Law from USEK. Since joining D&C in September 2021, she has reviewed and drafted commercial agreements in three languages for international and local clients — franchise, sales and supply, lease, share purchase, NDA, distribution, partnership, subcontracting, consultancy, and employment. She advises on the scope of clients\' companies, files and registers trademarks across Lebanon and the GCC, drafts legal memos and litigation documents, and prepares and manages tenders. She has performed internal contract audits for VIP clients and drafted warning, termination, and cease-and-desist letters. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, she observed proceedings at the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre. Languages: Arabic, English, French.
