Víctor Perramon is a partner at Figueras Legal SLP, where he provides comprehensive legal advice to private companies, founders, families, family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and professionals, with a focus on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, dispute resolution, compliance, tax advisory, and arbitration.

Víctor holds a Law degree from Universitat de Barcelona (1993) and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association. He completed a postgraduate course in Tax Law at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (1995) and a postgraduate course in Restructuring and Insolvency Judicial Proceedings at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2012).

He began his professional career at the Legal Department of Deutsche Bank, S.A.E. (1996–2011), overseeing legal matters related to banking and financial products and working in the Insolvency Law Department, while also providing legal support to the Commercial Department.

Víctor specialises in banking and corporate law, franchise law, competition law, compliance, and NewTech & data protection, and has extensive experience advising clients in complex transactional, restructuring, and regulatory matters. His expertise spans both national and international legal frameworks, providing practical and commercially-oriented solutions to his clients.
