Roxana Săndulescu is a Counsel at Suciu Partners with significant practice in Real Estate & Infrastructure, Corporate M&A, Venture Capital investments, and Banking & Finance. She regularly assists institutional investors, technology start-ups, and multinational corporations through all stages of complex M&A deals, real estate acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and regulatory compliance.

Roxana’s experience spans high-value venture capital series financing rounds, major real estate asset sales, infrastructure project developments, and payment system operator acquisitions. Having previously served as general counsel for one of the largest waste management and environmental service providers in Romania, she brings invaluable in-house commercial insight to infrastructure, industrial permitting, and environmental regulatory matters.

In her role as Counsel, Roxana collaborates closely with the firm\'s partners to lead cross-border M&A negotiations, structure private equity exits, draft real estate and finance documentation, and advise technology-focused funds on regulatory and IP/data protection compliance.
