Radu Chiran is a Partner at Suciu Partners and serves as Head of the firm’s Litigation practice. With over 13 years of legal experience, Radu is a seasoned litigator who has successfully represented top-notch domestic and multinational corporations, financial institutions, joint ventures, and public entities in a wide variety of civil, commercial, contentious-administrative, tax, and international arbitration cases.

Radu brings a distinctive competitive advantage to complex dispute resolution: in addition to his Law Degree and Master’s Degree in Employment Law, he holds a degree in Business Administration. This unique dual background allows him to deeply understand the economic dynamics and commercial implications of legal conflicts, enabling him to design and implement pragmatic, cost-effective litigation and tax defense tactics tailored to safeguard his clients\' business goals.
