Reynaldo Pineda is Partner and Technical Manager at Ulloa & Associates, specializing in logistics and environmental services. He has extensive experience in preparing, controlling, and monitoring technical documents for environmental licensing processes and ensuring compliance with environmental management across all project stages, including construction, operation, and closure.

He holds a Diploma in Environmental Management from UNITEC and has completed professional training in Environmental Control, as well as the Senior Management Program (PAG-48) at INCAE, Costa Rica. Reynaldo is also certified in the Interpretation of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and as an ISO 19011 Internal Auditor, demonstrating his expertise in compliance, auditing, and quality management systems.
