Marielena Ulloa is the Managing Partner and Notary Coordinator at Ulloa & Asociados, and a member of the Honduran Bar Association. She is also an Associate of CSAP – International Registry of Certified Auditors (England) and a Practitioner in Accountability, England.

Marielena has extensive international training, including programs at Georgetown University (Legal Aspects of International Business), Yale School of Management (Management Program for Lawyers), and the Global Employer Latin America Conference, where she represented Honduras as a speaker. She has further specialized in civil procedural law, transfer pricing, customs regulations, and ISO 9001:2015 standards, holding certification as an ISO 19011 Internal Auditor.
