Known for his technical trial strategy and analytical defense, Radu regularly represents international corporations and institutional investors before Romanian courts, administrative bodies, and arbitral tribunals under ICC Rules.

His practice encompasses complex energy sector litigation, state price-capping mechanism claims, regulatory merger control, and product liability disputes. Radu is heavily involved in drafting long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), securing competition and FDI clearances, resolving multi-million IT/technology contract claims, and advising pharmaceutical manufacturers on claw-back tax recovery litigation.
