Gianina holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Public Procurement, Concessions, and PPP from the University of Bucharest. Her practice covers the structural and regulatory aspects of major projects, including greenfield and brownfield project licensing, FIDIC-type EPC contract drafting and negotiation, environmental compliance frameworks, mining concessions, surface rights acquisitions, and public service delegation structures.

In her role as Counsel, Gianina works closely with partners across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal advice on complex commercial transactions, regulatory approvals, and administrative compliance procedures for major energy and industrial assets.
