Maria Antonia Garcia-Solanas is the Managing Partner of Amber Legal & Business Advisors SL in Barcelona, Spain, and a practicing lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association. She has over 20 years of professional experience in national and international legal and business advisory, including key roles at Deloitte and PwC within multidisciplinary teams. In 2015, she co-founded Amber LBA, where she has continued to provide strategic advice to national and multinational clients across diverse sectors.

Her expertise spans corporate and business law, M&A, private equity, venture capital, tax planning, contract negotiation, corporate development, and governance. She also advises as General Counsel and Board Secretary, coordinating the design and implementation of compliance programs and governance policies.

Maria Antonia is an educator, teaching Business Taxation at the University of Barcelona and Business Logistics at the University of Girona and EADA Business School. She is a member of the Board of Directors of ABE (Association for the Pursuit of Excellence) and regularly delivers talks, in-house training, and participates in professional forums.
