He is licensed to practice in Texas, New York, and North Dakota and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, where he litigates cases against foreign governments that have harmed American citizens.

Marc’s professional achievements are numerous. He served as the 2014 President of the National Crime Victim Bar Association and as Past President of the Texas Brain Injury Alliance. Since 2009, he has been recognized as a Super Lawyers® nominee, a Thompson Reuters service, and he has been admitted as a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum®.
