Héctor Josué Otero Dueñas is Counsel at Gloria Ponce de León & Hernández (GP&H), where he advises domestic and international clients across the financial, corporate, and commercial sectors. His practice spans commercial and corporate law, intellectual property, fintech, regulatory compliance, and complex litigation, with a particular focus on designing legal structures tailored to each client\\\'s business needs.
Before joining GP&H, Héctor served as Legal Director of Sinergia Deportiva (Club Tigres de la UANL), where he led the negotiation of commercial, sponsorship, employment, and player-transfer agreements, and managed the club\\\'s national and international dispute-resolution strategy. He has also held litigation and judicial-collection roles at leading firms and corporations, including CEMEX México, giving him broad experience across civil, commercial, administrative, tax, and labor matters.
He holds a Law degree and two master\\\'s degrees —in Corporate Law and in Private Law with a Business orientation, from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. He works in Spanish and English.
