Benito Garza serves as Counsel at Gloria Ponce de León & Hernández (GP&H). A Law graduate from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, he brings an outstanding track record of over 20 years of experience as a legal consultant in the private sector. Within his career, one of his most significant challenges was working for one of the top three cement companies worldwide, where he served as the Legal Head for the Southeastern region of Mexico. His professional practice is deeply specialized in corporate and commercial law, complemented by extensive expertise in internal control, regulatory environments, strategic alliances, and complex litigation. Throughout his career, he has excelled at designing and implementing strategic legal structures strictly aligned with the business objectives of both domestic and international corporations. In the academic field, he taught Civil Law and Amparo (Constitutional Relief) at the Law School of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
