He graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Lisbon and has developed a distinguished career combining legal practice and academic teaching. He has lectured law subjects at the Universities of Figueira da Foz and Algarve and has deepened his expertise through multiple postgraduate degrees, an M.B.A., and a Doctorate from prestigious national and international institutions.
