He gained extensive professional experience in several reputable Warsaw law firms, working since 1998 as a lawyer, and then a trainee attorney-at-law and attorney-at-law. He also practiced as an in-house lawyer for business entities operating on the domestic market, dealing mainly with broadly understood economic law, with particular emphasis on real estate law, as well as corporate law and consultancy in the field of obtaining financing for commercial investment projects.

In 2007, he opened his own law office, implementing as a managing partner a project of a modern law firm gathering a group of attorneys and legal advisers, closely cooperating and complementing each other within their specializations, offering a comprehensive and individual approach to servicing each client.

Dawid Sokołowski advises Polish and international entities on issues related to real estate law, renewable energy law, as well as commercial law, in particular in the field of capital changes and ownership relations, focusing on transaction services and ongoing support for business entities. He advises on investment processes and joint venture transactions. He also practices in the field of divisions, mergers and transformations of companies, negotiating the terms of investment agreements, property succession and alternative dispute resolution methods. In the Law Firm, she also coordinates client service in cross-border relations, in particular with partner law offices in Belarus, Ukraine, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
