Nchindia Peter, Esq, is a Senior Attorney and an integral member of Fondong & Partners’ Civil, Commercial, and Corporate Practice Division. He brings extensive expertise in banking and finance, debt recovery, taxation, investment law, contracts, labor and employment, aviation and aerospace, family law, succession, and criminal litigation. Over his career, Peter has successfully managed highly complex legal matters in the courts of Cameroon, providing strategic and results-driven counsel to a wide range of clients, including private companies, founders, family businesses, charities, high-net-worth individuals, and senior executives.
Peter began his legal career as a Pupil Lawyer at Human Rights Law Firm, Mutengene in 2000, before becoming a Partner in 2003. In 2020, he joined Fondong & Partners as an Associate, where he continues to lead and contribute to the firm’s litigation and corporate practice. He is a member of the Cameroon Bar Association and the Fako Lawyers Association (FAKLA) since 2003, providing clients with expert guidance across mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, corporate governance, compliance, arbitration, mediation, and tax advisory matters.
