Mbah Eric Timah, Esq, is an accomplished Advocate and Solicitor of the Cameroon Bar Association and a core member of Fondong & Partners’ commercial and corporate practice division. With extensive expertise in corporate law under the OHADA Uniform Act, he advises clients on business registration, statutory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and criminal, civil, and commercial litigation.
His professional practice also spans labor and employment law, real estate, environmental law, banking, telecommunications, and insurance. Eric began his legal career as a Pupil Advocate at Bijural Law Firm, Buea in 2015. He subsequently joined Eno Law Chambers as an Associate in 2018 and later became an Associate at Fondong & Partners in 2020, where he continues to drive the firm’s corporate and commercial law practice.
