Mr. Sayed Ahmed is a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh with over 20 years of professional experience in constitutional, commercial, and criminal law. He has held numerous prestigious positions, including serving as a lawyer with United Nations Volunteers at UNHCR Sudan (2003), Research Officer at the Legal Education and Training Institute of the Bangladesh Bar Council, Teaching Assistant for the Bar Vocational Course (BVC), Coordinator in Charge for the Human Rights Training Programme for Young Lawyers, and Assistant Coordinator for the Refugee Law Training Programme.

Mr. Ahmed’s practice spans high-profile criminal defence cases, particularly white-collar crime at the appellate stages, as well as landmark constitutional law cases. In commercial law, he advises on complex domestic and international transactions, pre-litigation matters, and commercial arbitration. Known for his innovative approach, he has contributed to advancing constitutional law practice in Bangladesh.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Ahmed has several publications to his credit and has recently been elected as a Member of the Bangladesh Bar Council, securing the highest votes among all members.
