Our team of lawyers is zealous to excel in the delivery of qualitative legal services to its institutional, corporate and private clientele, maintaining in the process, the highest standards.

The firm is determined to be a major reference point whenever unparalleled legal services are required by international or domestic clients. Our expertise coupled with effective, timely and practical solutions are the factors which propel clients to choose our firm.

Sterling Law Alliance was inspired by the Nigerian business potential, and the need to meet and benefit from its challenges with a vision of building an efficient and formidable law firm offering a full array of legal services to both domestic and international clients.

In recognition of the fact that present-day business transactions apart from demanding qualitative professional advice, present multi-faceted dimensions, the firm is committed to giving first-rate service.

We offer an integrated service which identifies, acknowledges, and addresses all components of each transaction and anticipates both immediate and long-term consequences of the set of facts, law, rules and regulations germane to the transaction.

Our goal is for our client to secure a value-added advantage for the overall development of the client’s business as a result of transacting with us.

We maintain a pro-active approach and are also responsive to the specific needs of each client. We do this by cultivating a close liaison with our client’s business and operations. Our commitment is to offer the best innovative and practical solution to each peculiar or potential problem.

Consequently, we constantly follow legal, business and policy changes and developments in all areas in which we operate and advise our clients on how the changes and developments affect them. We believe that business and the public are interwoven and accordingly, we are familiar with the operational framework of government policy and regulatory institutions.
