UGGC Africa was created in December 2002. UGGC Avocats was one of the first French law firms to set up an office in Morocco in order to develop a pan-African legal and tax advisory platform.
UGGC Africa has since become one of the foremost international law firms in Africa, providing its clients with the same assistance as the one offered by our Paris office and covers all areas of law.
The UGGC Africa team consists of 15 Moroccan and French lawyers working in Arabic, English and French. They have recognised experience in Moroccan law and in-depth knowledge of OHADA and UEOMA law.
UGGC Africa has, in particular, a recognized practice in the field of corporate law, M&A/Private equity, employment law, litigation, arbitration, competition law, real estate law, health law, public law and intellectual property.
