Atty. Hikmet Cem Congar Claimed

Hunting. Cem Congar graduated from Istanbul University in 2006. Then he started his master’s degree in Private Law at Istanbul Aydin University.

He completed his Law Internship under the former Dean of Istanbul University Faculty of Law and University Senator, Prof. Dr. Abuzer Kendigelen. He started his legal career at Antalya Coast Guard Command, Ceynak Lojistik AŞ & Samsunport Port Management and AXA Sigorta A.Ş. respectively. He continued as a lawyer at the General Directorate. He has worked as an expert lawyer, especially on Insurance Law, International Arbitration, Maritime and Land Transport Law, and International cases. He has been a guest speaker on Insurance, Transport and Maritime Law in many associations, institutions, Bar Associations and Chambers of Commerce of many

He received training as Party Representative in Arbitration at İSTAC (Istanbul Arbitration Center). In addition, he completed ARBITRATOR TRAINING within ISTAC to serve as an Arbitration Arbitrator in national and international commercial cases (such as maritime, construction, IT, energy, professional athlete contract disputes) .

He is the Founding President of the Turkish Young Maritime Lawyers Association.

He took part in academic meetings, seminars and panels at home and abroad as a speaker, moderator or organizer. In addition, she has received awards and state decorations from the United Nations, America and Balkan countries for the many international projects she has prioritized.
