Victoria is an Associate focusing on corporate commercial, conveyancing, and mergers & acquisitions handling not only local mergers & acquisitions transactions that require approval from the Competition Authority of Kenya but also cross border transactions requiring liaising with multiple firms and regulatory agencies. She also has an interest in Intellectual Property matters.
She is experienced in drafting various conveyancing and commercial agreements as well as drafting private client matters (Wills). In addition, she is quite conversant with the Business Registration Services (BRS) online portal as she regularly liaises with the Companies Registry as regards compliance with ever changing Company laws.
She has also handled matters involving the registration and incorporation of companies, the registration and incorporation of charitable trusts, as well as general regulatory and compliance matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and Membership in the Law Society of Kenya
In addition she holds a Certificate from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), and HarvardXfor the course CopyrightXoffered by Harvard Law School.
