Teresia is an Associate who specializes in Conveyancing, Banking and Corporate Finance, Commercial Transactions, Intellectual Property Law and Succession Law.
She has experience in drafting and negotiating of various commercial instruments, real estate agreements, trademark applications and renewals and general regulatory and compliance matters.
Teresia has also handled several matters in Employment Law and Immigration Law including advising clients of their residency status, and the requisite passes and permits required.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, Membership in the Law Society of Kenya and a Harvard X Certificate for the Copyright X course offered by Harvard Law School.
