A passion for litigation.

I am passionate about litigation, of whatever nature. Litigation is like life: you have to play with the cards you have been dealt and, as far as possible, create your own luck, through your strategic choices and your competence. Then, the final outcome obviously also depends on the case, the abilities of your opponent and of course the Judge. In some cases, the compatibility of a standard with the Constitution must be verified by the Constitutional Court; at that moment, we have the pleasure of touching on the very substance of the law, its most fundamental rules.

In any case, your duty is to do everything possible to defend your client’s interests, whether by pleading or by bringing about an amicable agreement, without ever thinking of giving up.

But Spyridon speaks with equal passion about his role as an advisor: We live and work in one of the most taxed countries in the world. It is natural that taxpayers seek solutions to mitigate the effects of this sometimes excessive taxation that affects their income and assets. However, advising implies not forgetting one fundamental thing: creativity has one (only) limit, in this case, respect for the law.
