Samuel is an acclaimed Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts of Judicature in Uganda. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from Makerere University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Center. Samuel is a member of the East African Law Society and the Uganda Law Society. He is also a qualified Notary Public and Commissioner for oaths.
Before founding SA, Samuel was an Associate at ENSafrica Advocates. He offered distinguished legal service for a range of international and indigenous clients that included; Telecommunication companies; regulatory authorities; roads and construction companies; energy companies; banks; insurance and manufacturing companies in the fields of Telecommunications, Company law, securities and Mortgages, Energy and Infrastructure, Commercial Dispute resolution, Banking and Finance Law, Electronic Transactions Law, Land transactions, Intellectual Property Law and Banking Law.
Samuel specializes in commercial, employment, corporate governance and banking and finance law.
His experience includes advising on new businesses and regulations, labour relations, employment and severance contracts as well as joint venture agreements, licence agreements and providing legal services and expertise on all aspects of immigration and nationality law.
Samuel is also the head of our Litigation group. He brings with him distinguished experience in litigation.
