Roselyn S. Sands is an attorney at law admitted and licensed to practice law in France and the Unites States (Florida, New York, California).

Starting in 1983, Roselyn practiced law in the United States with Holland & Knight (in Miami) and Proskauer (New York & San Francisco) where her practice focused on International commercial and employment litigation and arbitration.

In 1995, Roselyn moved to Paris and in 2000, she was admitted to the French Bar. She practiced law at Proskauer in Paris before joining Ernst & Young (EY) Paris to build its international labor & employment law practice. As its global labor & employment law leader, she created one of the strongest worldwide networks of labor & employment lawyers covering over 50 countries around the world.

In 2018, Roselyn became the EY Global labor & employment law markets leader focusing her attention exclusively on client relationships.

A dedicated member of the legal community since 1984, Roselyn Sands is an active member of the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, xbhr – a think tank for HR Legal, the American Employment Lawyers Council, the European Employment Lawyers Association, & Avosial the French employment lawyers association. She is a frequent speaker at these conferences and gives generously of her time in publishing articles for the legal community.

Roselyn also teaches at the University of Paris School of Law in its human rights and its international human resources masters programs.
